    PRE ENTRY:        $7.00 Per Class & $10.00 Exhibitor Pass Required

    (Exhibitor Pass good all 5 days of Fair) Pre Entry Deadline:  July 15, 2011

    POST ENTRY:     $8.00 Per Class &

                                $2.00 Office Charge Per Horse & Rider Combination

                                $8.00 Daily Gate Pass Required

A.    Horse Show is open to all regardless of age or residence.

B.    Pre-entries are encouraged.  Post entries will also be taken the day of the show.

C.    Stall fees are payable at time of arrival or pre entry.  ABSOLUTELY NO STALLS RESERVED WITHOUT PRE-PAYMENT. Stalls available on a 1st come basis.  Large barns must make stall arrangement prior to arrival.  You will be expected to vacate stalls 1 hour after the end of show or be charged for additional day.  Stalls available for Sunday’s Show after 8:00 PM Saturday.  Bedding Available.

D.    NO REFUNDS ON ENTRY OR STALL FEES WILL BE MADE WHERE A HORSE IS WITHDRAWN BY AN EXHIBITOR FOR ANY REASON.

E.     Show Committee reserves the right to cancel, combine or divide classes, and also refuse any entry, check or tab.

F.     Gate hours for horses being brought into Horse Show:
Friday: 5:00 PM -8:00 PM; Schooling:5:00 PM-8:30 PM. Saturday: Gates open 6:00 AM; Schooling-6:00 AM-7:15 AM . Schooling ONLY if weather and ground conditions permitting on Saturday.
Sunday: Gates open 6:00 AM.

G.    Only Junior horses may be exhibited in Junior Classes.  (Junior horses are five years old and younger.) - FOR SUNDAY ONLY.

H.    NO STALLION MAY BE SHOWN BY A YOUTH HANDLER OR LEFT OVERNIGHT.

I.       Exhibitors must wear proper attire.  Proper helmets required for Hunt Classes.

J.      Judge’s decision final.

K.    All entries MUST be completed in full or they will not be processed.  EXHIBITOR’S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER must be provided to collect premiums.

L.     All exhibitors must be able to provide proof of a negative Coggins Test upon demand.
